In July, when lavender is in full bloom, endless purple rows of lavender extend to as far as the eye can see, taking over the Plateau de Valensole in the South of France. Its inhabitants, Valensolais, have been loyally cultivating lavender for decades and sharing its wondrous benefits with the world.
